Shipping

- The shipping is always free of charge on any purchase over 75 Euro

- Generally, packages are shipped directly from our warehouse with UPS as a registered and insured parcel.

- The total delivery time depends on if what you order is in stock or not and if we need to order the item from the supplier first.

- Normally, it takes about 1-2 working days for a parcel to arrive at the nearest pick-up location after we have shipped it from our warehouse. However, we cannot be responsible for any delays the courier encounters.

- When a product is shipped from our warehouse you will get a notification by email with a tracking number as well as an automatic SMS.

- UPS will send a notification upon arrival and after a few days again if the package has not been collected.

- The parcel will remain at the pick-up location for a limited amount of time before it will be automatically returned if not collected on time.
